We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but Dubs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

As we are a small market with limited resources, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind or if the product does not fit as desired.
In these cases, you are eligible for an exchange for a different size excluding shipping fees.
Exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. To qualify for exchanges, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Returns are only offered for faulty or incorrect items.
