Dubs started when its founder travelled to Thailand several years ago and came across a small sandal seller in a market deep in the north, offering a range of humble rubber clogs. It was love at first sight. A pair was bought on the spot and became a daily favourite, until it was sadly lost last year.

Tracking down the original factory from afar wasn’t easy - it took months of searching, false leads, and complicated communication channels. When we finally made contact, there was one catch: a minimum order of 100 pairs. And that’s how Dubs began -  what started as the hunt for one lost pair turned into the chance to share this beautiful shoe with Australia for the first time.
