Shipping

​Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and courier. We try to get the order out as promptly as possible from our Melbourne location.

Returns and Exchanges

As we are a small market with limited resources, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind or if the product does not fit as desired. In these cases, you are eligible for an exchange for a different size excluding shipping fees. 

 

Exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. To qualify for exchanges, the item must be unworn in its original condition. Please get in contact via the provided contact email.

Returns are only offered for faulty or incorrect items.

​Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are not refundable or included in exchange costs.
